those tests showed no errors or made the system freeze, Could it be the PSU maybe ?

It could, but you need to run prime95 for at least 4 or 5 hours to know if your gpu is ok.

GPUTool should also probably be run for a couple hours.

It could be the PSU, but the CPU and GPU are easier to test.
