If my OC passed 12 hours of Prime95 Blend, 2 hours of OCCT Large, and 25 runs of IBT, and multiple hours of GTA IV and COD: WaW. Should I consider it stable, or should I download LinX and test with that too?

IBT and LinX are the same program with just a different graphical user interface (GUI). As long as you ran IBT with your maximum memory I would say you're fine.
