Default Project 5Ghz 920 On Water.Soon accomplished.

Did my first real shoot for 5Ghz tonight, good ambient so I jumped out of the bed and pulled all the windows open and placed the PC at the window

Now I'm just trying to pick up some tips at XS I'm going to hit 5Ghz soonish, now

Here's my 4943.56 Mhz validate at Water.

wow nice man, i would never run any 45nm chip or let alone a nehalem at 1.6v, but since it is a nice water setup and this is prolly just for validation and not for any stressing then it should be fine, but nevertheless nice job man

I agree with you, it's just for hitting 5ghz and do my validate. It's been my goal for a while, but it should not be harmed tbh, the temprature is only at 58c.
I'd like to find other ways than pumping alot of juice into the chip, tweaks to adchive higher clocks.

Thanks alot, it's so close now!! makes me angry just a few more BCLK and I'm there lol

Degradation can occur, with temperatures under control. It is not just an issue of temperature.

However, I sure hope it isn't, it would have implications for me too.
