Sorry, but for that amount you can't really do much beside go to newegg.com and filter the products by "Price: Low to high" and select the first one on the list.

for that price have you ruled out used components from either here or craigslist?? you can sometimes get a decent rig for 100 bucka and just upgrade the ram possibly
