1.975v without damage might not function correct at that voltage. But you already passed the 1.575v line for mission critical applications so go for it.

Of course I mean increase increments don't jump to 1.975v immediately.

xexexexex....yea i read that stuff about i7,now i am having it at 7-7-7-20 at 1367 which in my opinion is not bad for a value ram i got 22e the stick, tomorrow i will run some memtest to make it official,so this 1.95 safe means that the silicone of the chip does not get damaged by that voltage?for example should i try 1.80 for 1.700MHz risk free?

You should go in increments and yes I read not an i7. 1.975v is required to not damage the chip that is if JEDEC standard is being followed at all. On this one I think most could actually go even higher. But to OP I think you likely might find max stability below 1.975v.

thanx under the gun!!!!right now i am having the memory at 6-6-6-18 1.8v and was also able to boot at 1700 with 8-8-8-8-24 but i was not able to get into windows(maybe because my mb supports up to 1600mhz oc ddr3)i am pretty sure i could 5-5-5-15 with some extra voltage but i think that there won't be any performance increase as the overall bandwidths has already increased a lot (monitored by everest)anywasy i ll give u +1 rep.now testing it with 3.1 memtest(in windows i cannot afford a cd right now its is at 350% and going!)
