Default Does this sound plausible or am i missing something (q6600 3.6ghz)

Well I have always toyed around with 3.6 on my q6600 but never put much effort into getting it stable until now.

Where I am at currently is
rig is in sig
everything that should be disabled is
q6600(vid 1.315)
+.2v fsb
+.2v mch
pcie locked
even with 1.55v in bios 1.502 in cpu-z it is not stable past 5ish min.
its not the memory as I was only running it at 800 5 5 5 15 - 900 6 6 6 18

at 8x 450fsb Windows kept freezing (no bsod)
Tried 400-430fsb to try and avoid a hole it all seemed to be about equally as stable.

That seems like a really high voltage to be that unstable.

Am I missing something that could be causing this.

Your memory looks way to high IMO. Mine will give me problems at even 830+

If you can't nail it down at that high of a vCore, then you might have a bad chip

I am in the same boat, 1.3 VID and it doesn't like anything over 3.4GHz, i've tried 3.6 @ 1.5+ and no go, i guess it's the VID.

Perhaps you should try raising your other voltages as well. Definitely try upping the Northbridge, maybe try .1v above stock.
