So you can increase the vcore. Set it to the stock voltage, then reboot, and then increase the vcore up a bit. I don't remember what the stock is, but you could start by adding a whole +1.0 to it, and then move down from there if needed.

on CPUZ its says that its 1.20/1.15

any thing else?

BTW i need to set the FSB to somthing?

Well, every time you up the FSB you're overclocking the system, and you will need to increase the vcore to keep it stable.

You could increase it to 266, and then put the vcore to 1.3 showing in BIOS and do a stability test, and if it's stable then you can continue increasing both.

Use Prime95 or LinX.

There are a bunch of stress guides and overclocking guides on this site.. It would be good if you read them.
