Default Upgrading my computer or not?

Hello!
Im thinking on upgrading my desktop (not my main desktop) and currently i have an Asrock Wolfdale1333-d667 motherboard, and im thinking to upgrade to a Msi G31tm-p21 that is Lga775 socket. What do you think?

not much of an upgrade really, if you're gonna upgrade get a p45 chipset.

Personally I would save a little more money to upgrade to Core i7 or i5. I think upgrading to another C2Q isn't worth it at this point.

I would save up more and get i7 or i5 if bit tight on budget.

Since when? I still see people buying mobos, processors and still using them.

If you can run everything you want with your current rig, then there's not really a reason to. ( Unless you're one of those guys that like upgrading every month or so to get the newest tech )

You can find pretty good deals on craiglist if you want to upgrade to 775 socket. But I'd prefer buying online or something with a warranty.
