Yeah, buy a nice mouse(Razer Lachesis)... Save a little more money, sell your 5870 when GTX 380 is released and buy that instead! It will be a beast.

I was thinking of either the mamba or a g500 I love the mamba it's just so expensive. As for saving it's not really a concern i make like 800 a
month which I can spend on anything. Looking forward to fermi though
