So I've got some birthday money left ($130). My problem is that I have a dell inspiron 537mt (Intel celeron 450, 2gb of ram, intel gma 4500hd, windows 7 64 bit) I want to upgrade it... I use this computer for gaming and HD movies. I've been looking through parts for the past week and I've come down to the following choices.
Intel pentium e6500 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819116093 or HIS H467QS1GH http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814161287 If I upgrade graphics than I'm pretty sure I would have to upgrade my PSU which I think is 300 watts... I'll open my case later to verify. Anyways what should I do upgrade graphics or processor? I was even thinking getting a celeron e3200 and using the extra money to buy a cheap graphics alternative. Thanks in advance =D |

That's a difficult question to answer, as your computer is asking for both. But I would give the computer the gpu over the cpu, based on what you use it for.
