Default i7 Build that is well over due

so I have a new build in mind but need some input from you guys.

ASUS P6T LGA 1366 Deluxe V2 OR Asus P6T LGA 1366 Original Which one should i Get?
Intel Core i7-920 Bloomfield 2.66GHz
G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB)Shipped on their way
2x EVGA GeForce GTX 275 896MB
1x XFX Radeon HD 5870 (Cypress XT) 1GB
1x PNY GeForce GTX 295 1792MB 896 Got it.
Intel X25-M 80GB SATA II MLC Internal SSD
COOLER MASTER COSMOS S got it today with windows side panel
COOLER MASTER Intel Core i7 compatible V8
Corsair 750W will this be enough?
Water Cooling Shipping off tomorrow

1. Don't get the v8, sure it looks cool, but for overclocking ability get the megahalems.

Hold out on that graphics card for a month?

that sounds like a good idea. but i would get them both at the same time because you might put off getting another one because i know i did.

it will hold 2 120mm fans i think.

You'll be fine with the 850W Corsair, and it will give you a ton of headroom. Good brands are Corsair and Seasonic.

As others have said, get another CPU cooler. And IMO, do not buy Nvidia now. ATI beats them across every price segment. Wait for Fermi to release, or get crossfire 5770s or even a 5850/5870 if you can find them.
