intel dual core 2.20ghz e4500
750watt psu
corsair ddr2 800mhz 4gb's 2 sticks

i am using the bio's on the board to OC my avalible adjustments are.

FSB clock
memory clock
cpu ratio
cpu voltage (max = .3000v)
memory voltage (max = 2.50v)
vtt fsb voltage max = 1.50v)
nb voltage (max = 1.51v)
sb core power(max = 1.60v)

if someone could give me some good start settings and some good settings that would be great maybe even a quick guide or something i have been reading alot of post and other things but just not making alot of sence outta it.

Thanks all

You could try:

FSB clock 1066 (will put you at 2.92Ghz).
Memory clock - set it to unlinked, then set it to 800mhz.
CPU voltage - around 1.325v should be enough. I'm not sure if you can directly select the voltage or not.
Memory voltage - look at the Corsair specs, then set the right voltage.

NB, FSB, SB voltage - keep all of it at stock voltage, as you aren't really pushing the board at 1066FSB.

Alright, it looks like you got the basics. Did you test for stability and temperature?

i use everest and playied like a hour a cod4 last night and temp stayed below 45c at idle it is like 26-33c

one thing i have to ask is about the CPU voltage. cause you guys keep giving me numbers like 1.32v but in the bios my options are like .0375 what am i multiplying that by to get the real voltage

now for the settings you had

Bio's
CPUv - .0375
RAMv- 1.90
FSB - 1066

Readings from CPUz

Corev - 1.336
bus - 266.6
FSB - 1066

CPu Speed 2.933
