So I wanna build my first pc I never done this before only changed parts.
I only plan spending $400 or less if possible. I only need a PSU, CPU, Mobo, RAMS and a GPU. TY.

Yep, this'll be easy.. incoming.
Finished: $264 shipped 2.6Ghz Quad, HD4200 integrated video in the MB, which will handle all non-gaming needs, and even low to medium settings of most games. Parts included in the picture: PSU CPU+MB Combo Memory Actually, having trouble uploading the picture. I'll get it posted asap, but I'll list the parts above for reference.

i'd go for the AMD solution as well.
AMD at the moment is simply the better value for budget builds.

what case are you putting all this in? And is overclocking something your interested in? Maybe a nice little mugen 2 i hear those propus cores are good for 3.6 ghz
And no HDD? Just curious since you have plenty of budget left over.
