kinda high imo.

Do you have the fan turned up when gaming if not download Rivatuner and try that.

http://www.guru3d.com/category/rivatuner/

or try to rig up a fan to blow on it somehow.

I'm not sure if that is what it is but could be.

That's on load. I don't think it's the car, because the OC is not bios based it's through riva tuner. The only things I can think are PSU and proper grounding or lack of. Is the 380W enough?

I'd be looking at the PSU. What kind of OC do you have on the CPU? 380W is not a lot with an i7 although I don't know how much power you need for a 7800GTX.

Have you been using this PC for long?

Doesn't sound like grounding, btw.

380 psu is your problem. Get a 500 or better. 750s will last you a long long time.

500W, from a decent brand of course.

As for certainty, if it only requires max 350W then your PSU is rated for continuous use at that load. It should be fine. Maybe if it's an old PSU. The only way would be to test with a a different PSU or with lower powered set-up.

The way you said it crahed after a while of playing TF2, then second time just after starting TF2 makes it sound temps related.
