Agreed 650 would even be good for that upgrade but I would defiantly upgrade the PSU.

I would say to upgrade the PSU soon but kinda weird how this would all of a sudden happen unless something was changed in some way or something is deteriorating in some way.

His problem isn't symptomatic of a PSU with too low a power, it could be faulty. If you're planning on upgrading then get a new PSU anyway but it might not resolve the problem. Are you sure your temps are fine? On your video card can you check mem and VDDC temps? Processor temps? If you leave your PC off for an hour and turn it back on does it do better?

Use this Calculator to find out what you need for your build. It the best that I know.

Test another PSU in your box if you can. You could try your PSU in another, but unless it's the same power load, you can't know for sure... since sometimes a faulty PSU starts with only having issues when it's at a peak or near peak load. If you put it on a PC with easier requirements it might seem fine while testing.

look your running that 380 at above 85 percent. your over working the PSU. You need to have at least 550 to 750 depending on your budget. The bigger the better. PSUs cost because they are very important and they are very particular. Stay in your budget but if you do go cheap get a Rosewill. That is NewEggs home brand and they are good. I have never had a problem with them and I have built a lot of systems. BUT.... If you can afford Seasonic, Corsair, Thermaltake, Zalman PC Power, antec or Silverstone then get one of those.
