Default No power after install Windows 7

So I installed Windows 7 Pro x64 on my sig rig last night, and went to sleep after I finished the initial install. I didn't install any drivers at all. Well when I got home today after work, my computer wouldn't power on at all. It now will power on, but only for about one second and then its back off, and back on, etc. I don't have any idea what happened. I know this probably isn't related to my Windows 7 install but I figured I'd include all the details.
