Only thing that i would suggest would be to find a combo w/o a gigabyte mobo but if ya cant. Just be careful when OC in your stuff they have a tendency to fry their ram modules when i have used them. And their bios sucks.

that card is a waste of money, get a HD 4870 instead. And its a GTS 250 NOT a 250GTS. It even says its a GTS 250, I have no idea where you got that from.

$860 shipped.

The XFX 4870 is $10 cheaper and has free shipping, it comes out to $842 shipped.

If you want to get a high OC im sure your current CPU cooler can handle an i5. You will need to get a 1156 mounting bracket though. Its $8, but its not in stock atm .

do you need a moniter, mouse, keyboard?

5870 completely eclipses the alternatives, as you put it. Dual 5770s is also a hot setup.

But, even on a budget, I would sacrifice where possible, to get a 5870 in there, if you are a gamer/

There is no need for a 5870 and would be a complete waste on a 22".

And a 5870 would totally be out of budget for this build anyway.
