Default Feedback on my CPU-Z Validation

With vCore pretty low can I try to bump it up to 4.0? My load temps at 3.8 are high 60s to low 70s. Idles at 35-40s

Anyone spot anything else I can improve on?

Well if your concerned with heat problems caused by OCing you could slap on a new cooler then OC it for more stable conditions at higher clock rates.
