hey guys...
__________________i recently had windows xp 32 bit with 3 gigs or ram. ive now upgraded to windows 7 64 bit with now 6 gigs of ram and my overclock is unstable obviously. does anyone have any ideas which voltages need more juice in order to handle my upgrade? ive gone through a couple of them one at a time upping them only one notch but with no luck. im stumped. heres what i got..... 25x168 = 4.2 ht on turbo off qpi = x36 = 6.04 mem = x10 = 1680 vcore = 1.46875 qpivtt = 1.455 ioh core = 1.18 dram = 1.64 term = 0.74 All else manual at default thanks guys in advance for all your help jay

1.46 vcore is pretty high for an i7 processor (even a C0).
__________________Also, your qpi is crazy high as well. For frame of reference, QPI has to be within .4 of DRAM voltage (I have my RAM set at 1.64 and QPI at 1.26)

Did you try slowing down your ram timings a lil bit?

hey thanks for the replies...
__________________yeah the vcore and qpivtt are a bit high but its the only way itll do it. as for those ram timings what would you suggest? im at 9 9 9 24 2
