Default What is going on? Crashing..

Ive had my sig rig for like a year, and over the last week ive added another hard drive, and 8gb ram. Ever since then, ive been crashing in game, gta4, mw2, you name it. The only way my rig would boot the one time was without my gtx 260. Its working with everything in it now, but still crashes. Is this what i think it is? do i need a new PSU now?

Im getting a new one regardless, but i think i need one now.

Im getting HX750 or HX850 btw, so? is it my PSU? i will also run memtest, what are the guidlines for this? how long etc? thanks

There is a deal on the HX750 so i might get that:

Try taking out the new hard drive, how many hard drives are you running? 750 watts should be plenty, but its hard to say. A friend of mine runs 5 HDDs, a 9800GTX, and a e8400 on 700 watts with no problem

I just check my NB voltages, i already upped them from 1.34 to 1.38, i doubt i should go higher. I also tapped my CPU voltages up a bit, and unplugged my storage drive. I just installed my OS about 3 hours ago, and it also crashed on my old installation.

Did you test your new memory?

Try booting with just the new sticks in, for poops and laughs.

Test one stick at a time in slot one (A). A good way to check to see what sticks are the newer ones is to look on the packaging ( if u still got it ) and match the hatch.
Also you have enough power to run what you have so i don't think its a power issue. This sounds like more of a ram issue either being a bad stick or your stressing the ram slots. Try running your NB at 1.4 also.
