Default RAM Question

Does anyone know if the intel 945g chipset can run ddr2 667 @ cas 3?

I have a biostar 945p-a7a (v8.0) m/b and 2x512 MB ddr2 667 @ native timings of 3-3-3-10.

My comp wont boot if i leave the ram at cas 3 so i now have it at 4-4-4-10 and overclocked to 750mhz.

I haven't raised the voltages all the way yet, for fear of frying the chips so that might b the problem, but can anyone tell me:

does the intel 945 chipset support cas 3 mem timings?
