I am going c2d e6300. I need a good and cheap ram. I was looking at OCZ Platinum DDR2 PC6400 1024MB KIT. What do you think about it? I whant in the same prize class (1000-1700 swe kr). Thank you!

For that site, and the size kit and price you want, my first choice would be the Crucial Ballistix 1gb CL4 kit. Second choice would be the OCZ Platinum 1gb rev2 kit.

Sorry, usually I'm a more specific with my answers. Here, check it out here http://ramlist.ath.cx/ddr2/. The reason I would deffinitely choose the Crucial, is that it uses D9 chips. You say you want a 6300, well with it's low multi, if you really wanna max it, D9 is what you want, it's the best.
The OCZ would be deffinitely come as second choice to the Crucial. I'm really not a big fan of Promos. But as far as Promos goes, I've seen some decent OC's (nothing to write home about--when compared to D9 anyway) on the rev2 OCZ's. Alot of promos though, isn't very good stuff, not for an e6300. If you get Promos to pair with an e6300, be prepared to have your ram, rather than your cpu, tell you the wall of your OC. For that cpu, I would highly recommend something with D9's .

Well I can't read German either lol...edit sorry I mean Swedish. I was only looking at the kit names, which are in english, and under webbpris (which I assume means price or web price). He said 1000-1700 so I just went by that
.
