Default Recommendation for DDR2-667 OC'ed to 850

My budget is only about $150 for a 2gb set. And I know I would be asking too much if I want it to be running at CAS 4 when OC'ed to 850. Any suggestions? Can the Super Talent one do the job? It has been like $120 lately. Thank you guys so much! And I'll be using Air Cooling only.

how does 160 dollars strike you for 800mhz stock memory that will overclock to around 1000mhz?

Firestix on newegg with the promotional code posted around here somewhere will get you that.

I apologize, it's 170 dollars.

BUFFALO Firestix 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) 240-pin sdram
Model #: PFSX800D2C-K2G
Price: $169.99
After $40.00 Instant Savings
After $20.00 Promo Code: EMC220BUFFLO

That's the code.

Thanks! But since I'll only go as high as ~425 FSB, I'd rather save some money on the memory for other stuff. I know the price is dropping lately so I assume I can buy a good 667 set with ~$100 in a month or two. Any suggestions?

I highly doubt that 2x1G modules will drop that much... maybe a bit more when DDR3 comes on to the market but untill then they will probably only drop slightly.
