well, you're running it at the rated speed and timings...you could try to tighten them if you're done OCing the CPU

the cpu-z screenshot shows as memory being GBNR while your sig specs show as GBHZ.. btw.. what is the stock vCore with E6400 and how much can it be increased considering I have Arctic Freezer 7 with AS5?

Safely, I would say you could run up to 1.55v, that's me though. Others will probably tell you less.
