I just hit 3.2 Ghz at stock volts with my E6400. Stable.
Now... For my RAM... Does everything look good?

well, you're running it at the rated speed and timings...you could try to tighten them if you're done OCing the CPU
__________________but you're still at stock vCore, so keep going

the cpu-z screenshot shows as memory being GBNR while your sig specs show as GBHZ.. btw.. what is the stock vCore with E6400 and how much can it be increased considering I have Arctic Freezer 7 with AS5?

Safely, I would say you could run up to 1.55v, that's me though. Others will probably tell you less.
