The 2GB kit. Esp. with an E4300, that's plenty fast. And with some luck, it'll overclock to DDR2 1000 speeds anyways.

If you don't overclock, most motherboards won't run the RAM faster than DDR2 800 anyways. (check motherboard specs what the fastest supported RAM is). The only reason to use RAM with a higher stock speed than what the motherboard can handle (at stock!) is of course overclocking.

The fact that the DDR2 800 kit has 2 GB makes it a clear an obvious winner. 2GB is becoming more and more the standard, and is nearly a must with Vista.
