Default DDR2 ram Timing

I have not adjusted my ram timing yet so I have some questions? Is it safe can it damage my ram? Im not shore I need to but Im interested in learning how.

the only thing you need to worry about is running to much voltage to your ram... Thats the only real way to kill your ram...

If you just tighten the timings and nothing else, you wont hurt anything. Just be prepared to have your pc not boot. thats a real possibility, all you have to do when it doesn't boot is go back in to the bios and change the timings until your pc boots. Then run some sort of benching app to verify the stability...

Timing is at 5-5-5-15 now and 2.2v
