Default Firestix--melco pc5300??

Hi I just installed 2gb of firestix which are supposed to be DDR2-800
(PC-6400), but when I bring up CPU-Z it says that it has a maximum bandwidth of PC-5300 (DDR2-667) and its made by Melco. Here are some screenies if anyone can help.

Right now I am running at stock speed on the proc so its possible its not being recognized for what it is because its being underclocked. (I am running at 1:1, 4-4-4-12) Also I am running at stock voltage on the memory. Should I bump it up +.1 or more or leave it?
