hehe. oops neglected that part. thank you.

and sorry you had it I just wanted to further drive that point home though as it seems people see just the number for the latency and think cause one is 2 and one is 5 that the ram that has the 2 MUST have tighter timings and quicker responce which is not always true. again thank you

So to be clear I should run my memory as high as possible regardless of ratio?

Yes, normally, running your memory as fast as possible, while being mindful of the latencies is a good idea.

Obviously you will degrade performance at a part... so thing such as 1200MHz at 7-7-7-21 is not worth it over 1100MHz at 5-6-6-12

Make sure you sandpaper the hole, and then put some U rubber over it to avoid sharp edges. Put some grease around the newly drilled hole, and then screw your computer, screw it hard. Maybe install some UV lights and turn em up to indicate that your computer is also excited.

But it would not be realistic to have to increase your latencies by that much for 50Mhz.

So basically now i have proof to argue that i should run my memory at a higher speed than my FSB instead of a 1:1?

So I should run my ballistixs as high as possible as long as I can keep 4-4-4-12? I havent tried any tighter timings....
