I haven't been able to locate any info regarding the ICs used in this RAM.
Any help or knowledge will be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks I know about the ramlist, however it doesn't list the PC2-6400 reapers. I was wondering if anyone out there had checked it out themselves.

It's HAGGIS!

They are Promos ICs
.They should OC upwards of ddr2 1000 5-5-5-15. Thought promos ICs don't like tight timings...

affirmative! Only the PC8500 IC's are D9'GH's...I have been doing some extensive testing on my RAM [which uses the GH's]..so far, other users that have the Reaper edition 1066, are using lower timings than I can seem to get stable..could just be the mobo..
*I just completed most all of the mods for my mobo [vdimm, mchv, vdroop] and plan on benching these IC's up to ~2.55v to see if 1300mhz is possible...for some more info..check here
