Default cheap ocing ram?

budget $70-80 usd MAX. would rather try and get sub $50 and need at least 2 gigs. also i will be upgrading to a gigabyte p35 dsl3 and an e6750, so i will be overclocking.
ive been looking at these g. skill ram this and this and patrioit extreme performance with 40 mail in rebate seems like a steal.
in the next month i would upgrade to four gigs. question: would it be better to have just two 2 gig sticks or would there be no noticeable performance difference with four 1 gig sticks? recommendations wanted.

thanks pillow

Simple simple answer. Dont think twice about what I am about to tell you. If you can spare like $5 more that is. Ive got this kit up to 1200Mhz. After rebates its $42.00

thanks for the quick reply. so if next month, i get a second set i shouldn't be worried about running all four sticks with performance issues? also no compatibility issues with the gigabyte board right?
