hey people its 2am here am to be honest im really tired and cant b botherd to look for a thread tellin me bout ram timings soo i thought i'd make a new post
__________________ neeyedsm i am just wonderin how i find out the timings, is it hard to improve them and will i get much benefit form doin sooo? rep will b given as always for any help thanks

You can check your current timings with this.
Timings are a physical property of the RAM. As you increase the clock speed of the PC and therefore the RAM, you'll eventually have to loosen (increase the numbers) of the timings. You can't really improve timings; you can find the best timings for the current clock of your computer. If you want to run better timings, you'll need to either slow the PC down or buy better RAM. You won't get as much benefit from tight (lower number) timings on an Intel system as you would on an AMD. Still, at the same clock speed, tighter timings will perform better than looser ones. You will notice a difference with tigher timings. They won't be earthshattering, especially on an Intel system, but they will make a difference.
