All should do 800Mhz fine, just run at the timings of the slower ones, 6-6-6-18 @ 1.8v OR 5-4-4-15 @ 2.0v. 4-4-4-15 @ 2.2v might work, run Memtest 86+ and see. Current speed/timings they are at is on the memory tab in CPU-Z.

So 333*2 means they are running at 667Mhz. So if you wanted to OC to 3.6Ghz thats 400FSB and running your RAM in linked mode (1:1) will result in them being brought up to stock speed, in this scenario you would set them to 6-6-6-18 @ 1.8v if you don't mind higher latency and like low volts OR 5-4-4-15 @ 2.0v if you want better latency with higher volts.

ok where to start
downstairs i have a set of ocz platinum rev2 800mhz they do 1100mhz which is pretty damn cool i just sold my ocz blades had some ocz flex for a little while but they had to go because of my cooler at the time got these for a friends build they look schweet just platinums as far as i could tellnow i have some intel ocz titanium ddr3 the most impressive of the buch are the platinum 1gb sticks, dont know if i just got good sticks but they did 1066 at 5-5-5-15 with 2.175v the blades were 2gb stick and kept up with them prettty well but couldnt match the timmings . haven't got to play with these new ones much yet they are at 7-6-6-24-1t 1500mhz for now with 1.9 but ill have a proper play with them in the week. sure i wont be dissapointed
