All should do 800Mhz fine, just run at the timings of the slower ones, 6-6-6-18 @ 1.8v OR 5-4-4-15 @ 2.0v. 4-4-4-15 @ 2.2v might work, run Memtest 86+ and see. Current speed/timings they are at is on the memory tab in CPU-Z.

I have a set of these:
http://www.ocztechnology.com/product..._ii_4gb_series

OCZ FLEX II PC2-9200

Running at 800mhz 4-4-4-12, because my northbridge can't handle the high-speed ram in addition to my OC'ed FSB

So 333*2 means they are running at 667Mhz. So if you wanted to OC to 3.6Ghz thats 400FSB and running your RAM in linked mode (1:1) will result in them being brought up to stock speed, in this scenario you would set them to 6-6-6-18 @ 1.8v if you don't mind higher latency and like low volts OR 5-4-4-15 @ 2.0v if you want better latency with higher volts.
