With another motherboard I'm convinced I could get my memory up to 1066mhz or possibly beyond but my P5N-E SLI hates memory in general and will pretty much pick up it's ball and go home if you come close to 1000mhz.

I just got a set of OCZ 2GB DDR3 PC3-16000 2000MHz Platinum EB Edition Kit

they seem to be running very well at 1800mhz at 1n , in memtest I am getting something like 6ghz transfer rate .

and they seem to run without error if I leave the timing to auto .

I still can't figure how these get worked out ????

the frrst3 are 9 , 8 , 8 but how do you find out the rest and do they change with fsb frequency ???

I hope this isnt a redundant question guys, but i just put together the computer in my Signature last night. I havent tried OC"ing it yet, but i'm seeing bad things about the overclocking results using this ram. Its the 4 gig platinum ram that was on sale on boxing day ( been sittin in my closet since ). Any problems with this stuff? Will it hold me back?

Well i have OCZ REAPER PC6400 2X1GB modules. I have just finished (for the time being) overclocking my CPU and as a result my RAM is at 805MHz 5-5-5-15 @ 2.1V after seeing what other people in the club have oced theres to i think i do a bit off overclocking

Now im off.... To overclock my RAM ::*swoosh*::
