Hi.

I'm trying my first OC on a gigabyte 965p-dq6. I'lve got a details guide on how to do it. however I need my RAM timings.

I understand I'm looking for some values lik 5-5-5-15. I have the following datasheet and apart from the first 5 i'm lost as to what my timing are.

http://www.valueram.com/datasheets/KVR667D2N5K2_2G.pdf

actually you want to leave your timings loose (5-5-5-15) until you get a decent overclock on your cpu and FSB. that way you eliminate a variable. the RAM timings are important but you can play with them once you've got the bus up to speed. too many things going at once makes it difficult to troubleshoot your OC. not trying to assume what your your doing, just some helpful advice

Standard timings are listed as CAS-tRCD-tRP-tRAS.

That data sheet does not list tRCD or tRP.

It says:

CAS 5
tRAS 13 (min)
tRC 18
tRFC 35

It's pretty safe to assume that tRCD and tRP are also 5.
