Default Crucial Ballistix - Question about it going dead...

I was thinking of getting this deal at frys...

http://www.netaffilia.com/ads/electr...08/05/16/32125

2GB Crucial Ballistix for 19.99 after rebate at Fry's

but I was looking online at reviews and keep reading that these are no good memory and they go dead in a short amount of time. Review site is newegg so maybe that is my mistake but I was wondering if you guys could give me some help and let me know if this is good memory to buy and I should jump on this price.

Thanks...

There has been a lot of problems with the new single sided sets. I would avoid them as they are know to die rather quickly.

I have had no problems with mine and ordered another pair yesterday. Also, in my experience Crucial has a very good support service if something were to happen.
