Yoooo, Ok i have 2 x 1 GB Corsiar XMS3 ram now i have it at 1.7volts
1400 Linked and synced with timings at 8-8-8-24-1t and i get 10,378 read with a 54.3 ns latency what are some of the combo's others are using for DDR3?

subscribed. I just ordered four gigs the new OCZ 2000mhz SLI DDR3. I will get my system up and running and do some testing. I am currently using OCZ platinum 1600 and it is at 7-7-7-20 2T @ 1750 unlinked and 1.95v

guys if you can don't forget to run your latency accordign to everest. this might put to rest some of the issues with ddr3 having such horrible latency.

Yep i use everest for that and my ram screams at that setting even though its rated for 1333 fsb i run it at 1400 linked and synced with no problems my computer boots so fast now its crazy.

I am not much of a gamer or benchmarker. Can someone please tell me the best way to benchmark my RAM?

Use Everest Ultimate and go to tools select cache and memory benchmark it will give your speeds then after that tweak and repeat trying for faster stable times

OK. I got the trial version and it only gave me the read and letency. I got a read of 9171 Mb/s and latency of 55.6 ns. I need ot buy the full version.

EDIT: These are at 1380mhz and 7-7-7-26 1T

Bump the fsb to 1400 and timing to 8-8-8-24-1t and you will get about 10k read
