My processor is Intel E8200 with FSB 1333(333). But my RAM is DDR2-800. So is my RAM working @ 800 or 667(333x2)???

Do i need 2 overclock my CPU to FSB 1600(400) to get the full performance of the RAM??

We need to know what hardware your running. If you can, go into the User CP at the top of the screen, and fill in your specs. What board and ram are you running? Can you unlink your CPU and RAM?

But yeah 1600 quad pumped fsb would give you 800mhz if you're running @ 1:1.
