These are the chips off my G.Skills 2x2gig PC2-6400's. XBV739-PA3G is printed on them.

Those cannot be D9HNL, the shape is wrong (HNL is very rectangular, not square).

Powerchip seems likely.

They are Powerchips. I've heard this from multiple sources already from both OCN and XS.
