Ya lol dont ask me what i was typing up their but ya you cant use 4 they overlap the other dimms slightly. But what i ment was boards with dual channel setup on slot 1 and 2 then slot 3 and 4 with these sticks you wouldnt be able to run dual channel if your board was like that.

ok thanks guys REP+ i'm going to order them, I'd rather have good cooling sticks cause there gonna be oc'd and Gskill has always gone bad for me, but anyways 4gbs is just enough for me, i only wanted to use 2 slots anyways my pc hates all 4 slots used it wont boot up past 510fsb that way.

Well I found them at a few places from froogle that offer it under or at your price.

TRG Electronics: Never heard of them, low price but the site looks a little 'dated'. $141.99 & has $30 MIR that expires after today.

eGoodz: Has them for $169.99 & qualifies for free shipping.

Every other place I found has them either over your budget or is not in stock. Hope this helps.

Those are actually a 2GB kit. Corsair's name scheme is confusing.

I want to get the OCZ Flex II 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1150 so bad. It is taking all of my effort not to just buy it now in hopes of the price coming down a wee bit. That and the SILVERSTONE FM121 120mm Case Fan would set me back a total of $176.50 ARRRGG!
