Hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I would find out my RAM timings through software or anything, I've lost the box n' things the RAM came in and I don't know how. Also with that could someone tell me what RAM timings really are, I don't fully grasp it yet. Thanks!

BIOS .... you will be able to see it really easily... look under Advance and then memory configuration or something and youll be able to see it.. or use CPU-Z.

Also...Memset gives you more timing values than the 4 CPU-Z show (see RAM in my sig).
