Default Does this look right? RAM settings

I'm a bit unsure on the cpu-z readings, which is why I'm asking. But I wanna make sure I'm getting the best out of the ram.

On a ConRoe133-D667 mobo, timings 5-5-5-15. Can't go beyond 15 for Cycle Time. 2 sticks of Supertalent PC-6400 memory. So I can't seem to get a 1:1 ratio and it only says 375mhz. Is that right? Or should it be at least 800mhz to get the full performance of this ram?

I think this mobo only supports 667mhz standard and 800 possibly with OC. I think.

Am I close? Or not even close to optimal memory performance?

I just checked the memory standard for that board is only DDR2 667. So yeah, you might be able to overclock to 800. Somewhere between 667 to 800. Good luck

So, that DRAM frequency should be closer to 667 and 800?

at 375 its actually running at 750... so thats close enough to 800. if you want to get most out of them, try to overclock them by increasing your multiplier, or by overclockin the fsb which in turn would also overclock the processor.
