Default Corsair RMA question

so I finally got everything hooked up and figured out one of my RAM modules is bad...

I was stoked because at first, I bought a 2GB dominator kit that was ver 4.1 (non Micron IC chips), returned it and got this 4GB kit that is ver 1.1 (micron D9GMH/KX) but now I'll have to RMA it.

How good is Corsair with their RMA's? do I have to pay for shipping? are they quick?

this sucks

Another +1 for good Corsair RMA support. They assigned me an RMA number real quick, and their turnaround was great. As soon as they received my package, they shipped out the next day.

Patriot RMA on the other hand, sucks donkey dick.

My son used to have 2 x 1G kit in his computer when 1 stick died. I was in contact with their Memory Guy and I kept getting told to try this, do that, rum memtest, etc. It was getting on my nerves. So I posted on Newegg where I bought it from, and right away they approved an RMA. Replacement arrived fast enough, but didn't appreciate going thu the hoops for them. Switch to G.Skill.
