Newegg RAM Rebates
RAM always seems to have rebate promotions going on, and OCZ's rebate promotions end on the 15th.
Once those are over, do new rebate promotions start right away? Or do they start up again in a week or so? I ask because the pair I was going to buy (OCZ Platinum Edition 2x2) just ran out of stock, and I don't know if I should just buy some more expensive RAM now before the rebates end, or should I buy RAM when I buy my CPU (around the 20th when Intel cuts prices).

NewEgg has rebates all the time. If it's no big rush, and you wanted to save the cash, I'd recommend waiting a bit to see what happens. You're not going to have a CPU until after the 20th as I'm sure you'll want to wait a few days to wait for the prices to go down. And besides, you still have five days before the rebate runs out anyway if you do decide to go with some higher modules.
