Default Buffalo Firestix DDR2-1066

So are these D9's, im getting a free upgrade, since a colleague's mobo doesnt accept certain ram modules, so i will give him my G.Skill 800's, and he said he'll gladly buy me some 1066's or 800's if i want.

I found these for like $60
http://www.memoryhouse.com/products/...C-K2G/Buffalo/

So are these any good, or should i just get some 800's for around the same price
