I have that kit with my DFI DK X38 and an E6400, it pushed my CPU a full GHz over stock to land at 3.2, and I still managed to have the sticks run at the speed they're supposed to. I'm going to OC them eventually, but right now I don't see a need. I'd buy away :P

I also have that kit with my DFI DK X38 and I couldn't be happier with them. After going through 4 kits of crucial ballistix I decided to go with G.Skill and they work flawlessly. I have them running at 2.1v 1125MHz and are completely stable. I highly recommend these.
Edit: Whoops those are the Pi series, mine are these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231166 but the Pis should perform the same or better. mmmm... pies
