Default (someone please help) My first ram OC

Hey guys this is my first RAM OC and only my second OC
with hrlp from some great guys on here i managed to OC my NVIDIA GeForce 6200LE 128mb

now i was wandering if anyone can help me with ram

I have 1.5GB Overall

CN&N 1GB DDR2 667MHz
Promos 512MB DDR2 667MHz

so help would be appreciated guys, also when it comes to overclocking ram what can you actually overclock?

First of all, I'm surprised you aren't having problems due to using different models. At any rate, RAM can easily be OC'ed in the BIOS. When you boot up into it, there will be many ratios, such as 333/667, 400/800, etc. Just select different ones until you find a ratio that makes your RAM speed REASONABLY higher than what it's rated for, my Corsair 4x1GB 667 in another machine is running at 750MHz right now for example.

oh just go in to your bios and look for the ram overclock and voltage and put in the number you want your rams to run at. like say set the ram to 700 and up your ram volt to 1.9 and keep going higher with the ram speed untel you crash or cant get into windows. when that happends you can up the volt to 2.0v or just lower your ram speed to untel you can get back into windows and leave it at that. but becare of how hot the ram gets when you up there voltage
