You can OC RAM from BIOS. I'm not at all knowledgable about OC RAM, but I know that is where to do it from, lol.

I'm not even sure if that mainboard will let you overclock it at all.

Most ECS boards have atleast SOME overclocking options, however you've already got a problem. You have 1.5 gigz of RAM. This means you're probably running 3 sticks of RAM that are unmatched, and even if you have 2 they're DEFFIENTLY unmatched. Normally you overclock the RAM in 2 ways. One pushing up the FSB (when linked) makes the RAM run faster, and 2 you can try to make your RAM run tighter timing than it's set for fromt he factory. Problem is you shouldn't try any of this with mix&match ram.

You're going to need a new motherboard, ECS is pretty terrible. They have bad quality control, and while they can run stock (which isn't all that impressive anyway) they can't OC to save themselves. There are people here whose boards have died after increasing their CPU 25 FSB over stock, so I wouldn't even try to touch the RAM. Get a P35/45, they'll serve you well.
