Corsair will be fine, however I'd reccomend, and will always reccomend G.Skill.

For a few more bucks you can get this

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231144

You can run it stock 1066 5-5-5-15 or you could probably easily run this at 800 4-4-4-8 or there abouts.

If you don't go for the Gskill 2x2Gb kit, take a look at these, which are in my sig rig- and I'm very happy!

Great link on the Corsair, that is good RAM, I'm an OCZ fan myself, but for the link you gave, I may pick up their "limit" on that, because it is good RAM at an AWESOME price. I would pick up that Corsair from the Egg, as it will fit ya just fine. I'm sure you are aware of the problems the Asus P5K series has with their DDR2 800MHz boards being a little sticky with 1066MHz RAM, but the 800MHz RAM you picked will smoke the boats lol. Go For It !!!
