Is it possible to use 2x 1gb ddr 667
and 2x 1gb ddr 800?

Yes, it's normally possible, but unless you are overclocking the 667 memory, you will be limited to 667 speed for all dimms.

are the timings close because i had trouble running my ocz ddr2 1100 (this ****s picky as ballistix) with a 2x1gb ddr2 667 set my friends mom bought (paid 200 lol)

667 was 6-7-6-18 at 667
1100@ 667 was 3-4-4-10 and it wouldnt boot at the 667 timings even with just the ddr2 1100 and i couldnt oc that ****ty ass ddr2 667 for anything but they both worked seperately at stock

yours probably isnt so extreme but advise anyway
this is an extreme case but timings gotta be decently close
