If I add another gig of ram, will games (Crysis) run smoother?
Will it help if I get 800MHz all 3 gigs?

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't help. As for the frequency I am still using DDR1 so what ever is the fastest would probably be the best.

more than likely

you have the graphics and cpu but you really want to consider faster ram

IMO thats your bottleneck

and ddr2 800 should be the minimum considering the ~$50 avg of 2x1gb ddr2 1066+1100

oh and FTW you need a new mobo to oc your cpu and ram that seems to be the only thing stopping your system from shining
